Johnson Wedding

On September 17, 2023, I had the priveledge of capturing the wedding of my dear friends, Rick and Sidney in South Canaan, Pennsylvania. Their wedding took place at New Leaf Farm in South Canaan, coincidentally where I got married nearly 3 years earlier. I love capturing Rick and Sidney because they really have their own language. A eyebrow raises, or smile communicates ten fold to them and leaves the rest of us in the dark. With pending rain, the couple had to pivot their original outside wedding plans to now take place inside the wedding barn, but we were still able to sneak away in between the rain drops.

Rick and Sidney's love and chemistry for each other is unmatched. Being high school sweethearts, they've been through thick and thin. But when you've known another person for that long, they start to become an extension of yourself - which is exactly what Rick and Sidney are to each other. You can't separate them if you tried. I don't recall seeing them without one another all day (after the first look of course). I wish my dear friends a life time of happiness in their new journey and cannot wait to see what their next chapters read.
